At Premier we take great importance to ensure that the health, safety and welfare of all its employees, contractors and other persons are kept safe. Our Directors and Managers have a key role in maintaining these standards and should regard their safety, health and environmental responsibilities towards persons under their direction and impact on the environment, with equal importance to that of maintaining quality, customer service and profitability.
At the outset and prior to any works being undertaken, regardless of the size of the contract, Premier will carry out a contract review to ensure that we are fully compliant with current legislation and client’s requirements, by ensuring that each employee is trained and experienced for the tasks in hand, meetings have been undertaken, ensuring that the job specific Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH Assessments, Site Inductions and Contract Plan has been reviewed and understood by all affected parties.

- Equipment and systems of work that are safe and without risks to health.
- Information, instruction, training and supervision to ensure the safety, health and welfare of employees and other persons who may be affected by our work activities.
- Arrangements to identify hazards and to evaluate and control the risks to which our employees and others may be exposed whilst at work or through our operations to ensure their well being.
